Refund & Cancellation Policy – Heerow

At Heerow, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not fully satisfied, our policies below outline how we handle cancellations and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it only if it has not yet been shipped.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resalable condition

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 6–8 business days to your original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

    • Items that show signs of use or wear

    • Sale or clearance items unless they arrive damaged


4. Exchange Policy

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for a different size or product.
